Jeff was a multi-sport athlete in high school, excelling in Football, Baseball, Basketball, and Soccer. Jeff was a 3 year starter for his football team and he also led his AAU Basketball team to the National Tournament in Orlando Florida. Jeff also played international soccer in Scotland. Jeff made himself known by breaking down barriers at Carroll High School; being the first African American to letter in the school’s 70 year history. He then went on to Iowa State where he graduated in 3 years with a degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Health/Fitness Management. Before joining Acceleration, Jeff was a part of the Strength & Conditioning program for the Iowa State University Football Team. He helped prepare ISU’s sports teams by making them faster, stronger, and quicker. Jeff also trained the Cyclones football players entering the NFL Draft. Jeff helped 6 Cyclones make it to the NFL and has personally trained over 20 professional athletes.
