Also known as “jump training” or “plyos”, are exercises in which muscles exert maximum force in short intervals of time, with the goal of increasing both speed and power. This training focuses on vertical, horizontal, and multi-directional explosiveness. These drills will help enhance an athlete’s stretch reflex, causing quicker ground contact time. Our proprietary Makota Reaction Arena, Plyo Press, and Vertimax is the best equipment to increase foot speed, lateral reaction, and overall explosiveness.
