ACCELERATION PACKAGES:
SPEED SESSIONS - Overspeed training and biomechanical running instruction is done on our patented super treadmill. The super treadmill goes up to 30 mph and inclines up to 40% elevation. (Decrease .02 in 40-yard)
AGILITY SESSIONS - Plyometric sessions are designed to improve vertical jump ability, multi-directional quickness, strength, coordination and power. (Vertical Jump increase 2-4 inches, 33% Quicker foot speed)
BACKPEDAL SESSIONS - Athletes will be working on backward and lateral movements. The Back Pedal Treadmill strengthens the core muscles that surround and support the knee. (Injury Prevention)
STRENGTH TRAINING SESSIONS - Explosive lifting with chains, bands, and weights. All lifting is functional and involves stability and core muscles. (Increased Lean Muscle Mass and Power)
GROUND BASE TEAM TRAINING - field training for speed, agility and lateral sport specific quickness. (Transfers all Speed & Agility Applications to Field or Court)
