All of Acceleration's trainers have studied extensively in the areas of exercise physiology, sport studies, athletic training, and exercise science. With 3 former professional athletes on board, they also have the on field experience to mentor and lead any athlete of any age. Acceleration trains athletes for football, soccer, track, baseball, lacrosse, basketball, swimming, hockey and volleyball. As well as combine training to improve vertical jump, 40-yard dash, shuttle, L-cone and bench press. We specialize in speed, power, explosiveness, reaction, endurance, velocity, and quickness. Acceleration has been serving Naperville, Warrenville, Oswego, Lisle, Wheaton, Plainfield and Aurora for over 10 years.
